Making & Purchase
Just browse the online shop and click on any items that you wish to buy. You will be able to purchase them online using a variety of payment methods.
Or if you like anything in the online gallery, please contact me via email and purchase may be arranged. Also if you are after specific colours or designs then again please contact me via email with your requirements. Please allow 8-10 weeks making time from order placement of commissions.
Please note, each piece is hand made and unique, slight differences in colour and design may occur.
You can pay securly online by debit and credit cards, bank transfers and Pay Pal.
Postage & Delivery
Online shop orders will be normally be dispatched to you within 2 working days.
All orders are sent by registered post so will require a signature.
Delivery is within the UK only. If purchasing from outside the UK please contact me first for postage costs.
Returns Policy
If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your order then please contact me immediately via email to arrange return. Once the goods are returned undamaged, your transaction will be refunded. Carriage charges will be the purchasers responsibility.
In the event of breakage please notify me immediately and send a picture of the damage goods to substantiate your claim with the carrier.
